Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
-Contact us within 14 days of delivery
-Include photos of the issue
-We will replace the item at no cost to you

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse

Order Not Received
If tracking shows your order as lost or stuck:
- Contact us
- We’ll investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production or fulfillment.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
